During her time at DU, she clerked with the Denver Immigration Court and with the Meyer Law Office, practicing immigration law. She also was a Student Attorney during the inaugural semester of the DU Immigration Law and Policy Clinic, where her team successfully fought a federal habeas corpus petition for her clients.. When she is not fighting for her clients, Kristi spends her time in the great outdoors, hiking, backpacking, and snowboarding.
