My practice focuses on family law, estate planning and probate.  I also provide support and information to people who cannot afford to hire a lawyer to navigate through the process of solving their family law problems.  These services are limited to family law matters in King County Superior Court, at both the Norm Maleng Regional Justice Center in Kent and the downtown Seattle courthouse.  I offer paralegal support and attorney support services.

I have been primarily a plaintiffs attorney focused on personal injury and civil rights cases. I recently relocated to Washington State and am expanding my practice to include criminal and trademark work. I have a particular interest in microbreweries and craft distilleries and the brand new legal marijuana industry in Washington State and would love to help any small businesses navigate the thorny legal issues surrounding regulated vice.
