Litigation attorney since 1991, opened own law office in 1994.  Current focus is probate and family law including basic estate planning and administration, pre-nuptial agreements, divorce, adoption, paternity, child support, modifications and contempts, probating estates, guardianships, conservatorships, and drafting basic estate documents such as wills, health care proxies and powers of attorney.

I graduted Suffolk Law School in 1991.  While attending law school, I co-edited a book with Professor Marc Perlman.  I also testified before the Massachusetts State Legislature, on the issue of present and future needs of the children, when they were holding hearings on ameding chapter 208 section 34.  Since graduationg Law School, I have been actively practicing, with a concentration in Family Law.  I also served as a Mock Trial Advisor for Hull High School for a number of years.. Educated, experienced, tough and compassionate are some of the adjectives that best descibe me.  Not only do I have considerable experience in litigation, I also am a trained mediator and a member of the Massachusetts Counsel on Family Mediation.  More importantly, I am passionate about my work.  Having gone through a divorce myself, I share empathy with my clients, both male and female, and understand the feelings that you are all now living with, including, hurt, frustration, anger, fear, concern and pain.  I utilze that empathy and combine it with my training and experience to provide excellent legal services to all my cleints..
