Tony L. Aiello, Jr. - Senior Associate Attorney; Tyler Smith & Associates, PC. Tony Aiello, Jr. is a native of Salem and joined Tyler Smith and Associates as a Law Clerk in the fall of 2019. He now serves as an Associate Attorney with the firm.. Tony graduated Magna Cum Laude from The University of Montana in 2017 with his B.A. in Political Science and minor in African American Studies. He was also selected by the Political Science Department for an additional High-Honors distinction for his essay on the Constitutional role of the Judiciary and oral exam before a faculty panel. Tony met his wife in Missoula, Montana and is honored to call both the Willamette and Flathead Valleys home.. I was born and raised in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, and received my Bachelor of Science in International Business, with a minor in German, at the University of North Carolina, Greensboro. I then spent several years in Europe as a business linguistics trainer for Demos Consulting in Paris, France, and then as a marketing associate for best practices research for the Corporate Executive Board in London, UK.  Upon returning to the U.S., I settled in Seattle, WA, where I attended law school at Seattle University and received my J.D.  In 2011, I passed the Washington state bar examination.  From 2009 until 2014, I worked for Intellectual Ventures handling intellectual property transactions and was involved with the acquisition of hundreds of patents and patent applications.  In 2015, I relocated to Portland, OR, passed the Oregon bar examination, and was admitted to practice in November 2015.. In my free time, I enjoy traditional American music and dance, and exploring the great outdoors of the Pacific Northwest.

Prior to becoming a lawyer, Michael McNichols was involved in various aspects of the commercial real estate industry, including syndication analysis and review, brokerage, consulting and commercial appraisals. He has held real estate licenses in Louisiana, Colorado, Texas and Oregon.. Caleb graduated from Regent University School of Law and was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in 2015. While in law school Caleb focused on Alternate Dispute Resolution winning the law schools annual ADR completion in his first year. He went on to become a member of the ADR Board and represented Regent University in negotiation and mediation competitions. Caleb also worked as a student prosecutor for the Hampton Commonwealth’s Attorney’s office trying shoplifting cases and writing briefs to the Court of Appeals of Virginia, he was the treasurer for the law school’s Christian Legal Society chapter, and as a graduate student helped start the law school’s first Masters of Arts in Law program.. Caleb has a B.S. in Political Science with a minor in History. Prior to law school Caleb worked in a distribution center and was an amateur boxer winning the 2011 Oregon Golden Gloves championship and the USA championship. When not practicing law Caleb enjoys bow hunting, fly fishing, hiking, and spending time with his family.
