Ryan Ann Alexeev was born in Madison, Wisconsin. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte where she earned her B.S. in International Business and Management Information Systems.  She went on to earn her Juris Doctorate from Gonzaga University School of Law. While attending law school, Ryan was the Vice President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Caucus and the Treasurer of the International Law Caucus. She was also very involved with the University Legal Assistance Center on campus that provided free legal services to the elderly and non-profit business owners.. In 2016, Ryan received a Legal Masters in Taxation from the University of San Diego School of Law with a focus on cross-border tax consequences. She believes that by gaining this knowledge, she is able to better serve her immigration clients who are starting businesses in the United States, as well as her U.S. and Non U.S. clients who own assets both in the United States and overseas.. In her free time Ryan likes to travel overseas and enjoys outdoor activities with her family.
