Since 1979, Joan Wright has concentrated her work at the law offices of Allison MacKenzie in real estate law, resort timeshares, community associations, secured transactions, secured creditors (bankruptcy), easements and quiet title. I joined the team of Allison MacKenzie in 1992.  I am a native Nevada resident.  I graduated from the University of Nevada, Reno and then obtained a law degree from Santa Clara University School of Law in 1990.  I was admitted to practice in Nevada in 1990 and in California in 1991.  I support clients in all types of real estate development, including residential, industrial and commerical developments.  My experience in land use allows me to assist clients with regulations and project permitting before local government entities, state agencies and courts. I am involved with many local legal professional organizations.  I am involved with the Northern Nevada Development Authority, Boys and Girls Club of Western Nevada, Catholic Community Services of Northern Nevada, and Bishop Manougue High School.
