FAY TAUB STERN graduated from Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in 1982. Fay manages the Real Estate and Mortgage Financing division of the firm. Fay has specialized in all aspects of  Real Estate Law for over 30 years and has handled thousands of closings ranging from sophisticated multi-million dollar commercial transactions to single family residential closings.
