While working in that capacity Robert was introduced to the field of polygraph (or lie detector) and later graduated from the Lincoln Zonn Institute of Polygraph in Miami, Florida where he graduated 2nd in his class, which consisted mostly of police officers from around the country.  He was hired by the Zonn Security Corporation upon graduation and trained in New York city for a period of time under a nationally renowned polygraph examiner and interrogator who had conducted polygraph testing on witnesses surrounding the President Kennedy assassination.. Eventually, Robert accepted a position in Dayton, Ohio with Takkon Polygraph Firm which was owned and operated by Dayton Police Department homicide investigators and was the largest private firm in the Ohio/Kentucky/Indiana area.  While there he testified in criminal court as a polygraph expert.  Robert believes his polygraph and interrogation experience has been invaluable in his career as a criminal defense lawyer, having personally conducted approximately 8,000 polygraph examinations.  He also was eventually granted a state license to administer polygraphs in North Carolina .  Robert is possibly the only lawyer in North Carolina to have held such a license.. At Hofstra, he participated in the Criminal Justice Clinic, worked for a prominent criminal defense attorney and worked for The Legal Aid Society of Nassau County. Mr. Olsinski has completed a ten-day intensive seminar emphasizing effective trial advocacy techniques. He is admitted to practice in federal court. Mr. Olsinski is married and his wife is also an attorney who practices personal injury law. He enjoys spending time with his family and friends, playing with his dog, golfing, and watching sports.

Mr. McCleary joined Dozier Miller Law Group after spending five years at a firm serving the Piedmont and Triad areas in North Carolina. He currently practices in Dozier Miller's  family law department, focusing his practice on issues surrounding divorce, separation, and child custody. Prior to being admitted to the North Carolina Bar, David spent two years in Duquesne University School of Law Federal Civil Litigation Clinic and Bill of Rights Clinics. He was also selected for a public interest fellowship with the Allegheny County Solicitor’s Office and Family Law Court. Mr. McCleary has experience in both Federal and State Courts.. Mr. McCleary graduated with honors with a B.A. in History and a B.A. in Political Science from The University of Pittsburgh. He attended law school at Duquesne University School of Law in Pittsburgh, PA. While attending Duquesne Law, Mr. McCleary was awarded Outstanding Oral Argument during his first year and Certificates of Distinction in Clinical Work for the Federal Civil Litigation and Bill of Rights Clinics. David is an active member of the Mecklenburg County Bar Association and currently serves as Co-Chair of the Family Law Section of the Bar. Mr. McCleary currently serves on the Charlotte Civil Service board after being appointed by Charlotte City Council in 2018. The Civil Service Board evaluates and potentially approves applicants for employment, promotions and demotions recommended by the Chiefs of the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police and Charlotte Fire Depatments.

Mr. Driscoll was born and raised in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina and lives in Charlotte with his wife, Christie, two children, Abbie and William, their English Springer Spaniel, Judge, and two cats, Charlotte and Asheville.. For more than 20 years, Mr. Driscoll has handled a variety of criminal, traffic, DMV, and record restoration matters. Over this time, he has developed a time-tested process that skillfully guides his clients through the complexities and adversities of the Criminal and DMV systems.

Mr. Anderson has been a practicing attorney for over twelve years and has represented individuals and corporations in complex, high stakes legal matters throughout his career. He received his law degree, with honors, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. After law school, Mr. Anderson honed his legal skills at two of the largest and most prestigious law firms in Atlanta and Charlotte. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the Virginia Military Institute and also has a Masters in Business Administration from Old Dominion University. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Anderson served the United States as an officer in the U.S. Air Force.. Mr. Anderson's passion is helping individuals through complex, difficult and trying times and he looks forward to bringing his experience and commitment to bear in your important legal matter.
