Michael D. Fioretti, principal of The Law Offices of Michael D. Fioretti, was born in a lower middle class neighborhood in West Philadelphia. He began to work at the age of 12. He worked his way through college and law school by working at a grocery store. A 1967 graduate of St. Joseph’s University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science, Mr. Fioretti went on to earn his Juris Doctor Degree from University of Villanova Law School in 1972.. In 1968, as a second year law student at Villanova, Michael was drafted and inducted into the United States Military. He was trained to be a Vietnamese speaking interrogator. I was a certified trial attorney in New Jersey for over 25 yeasrs- something only about 5% of the lawyers in the state achieve.. In addition to my law practice, i have had a career of public service. I was a councilman in mount Laurel township for three years, Mayor for one year and a planning board member for two years.. I have also been involved with the youth of my community. i coached baseball for over seven years and was the director of the entire baseball program for two years. As director, i rzn a program with over 70 coaches, forty team and about 500 youngsters.. I have been teaching other lawyers how to be good trial lawyers for over ten years.  i have taught in NJ, CO, IL and NM.  I am also an adjunct professor at the Rutgers School of Law.. I have been fortunate to argue a number of cases in the appellate courts in New Jersey, including the New Jersey supreme Court..
