Over his career spanning more than 30 years, Jim has successfully recovered millions of dollars for the victims of catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims in Illinois. A past recipient of the Illinois Bar Association’s prestigious Lincoln Award, an award for legal research and writing. He has won jury trials in multiple counties and is licensed to practice before the United States Supreme Court. He has achieved the designation of Illinois SuperLawyer, (top 5% in the field of personal injury litigation. He, along with Thomas Quinn, Ph.D., a professor of anatomy and surgery at Creighton University School of Medicine, co-authored a nationwide text book “Medical Evidence”, and published multiple times in the Illinois Bar Journal, and lectured to The Illinois Trial Lawyers Association on how to handle accident cases involving traumatic brain injury.

My extensive experience in the areas of estate planning, estate litigation and taxation provide a unique background that enables me to anticipate client needs, minimize costs and thereby maximizing value.  Earned a C.P.A. in 1995, graduated from Loyola Law School in 1996 and worked in private practice including the Estate and Trust department of a large Chicago law firm prior to opeing my own practice in mid-2002.

Chris has been a licensed Illinois attorney since 2008, and has a Masters of Law (LL.M) degree in real estate. He has extensive experience handling a broad range of real estate issues, including short sale negotiations, property tax appeals, and issues arising from contract to closing. He represents and counsels buyers, sellers, developers and investors in all aspects of acquisition, disposition, financing, development and sale of mixed-use and residential property. Additionally, as a licensed Illinois managing real estate broker, he is able to offer his clients a different perspective in the acquisition or disposition of real estate.

Alexandra brings to her practice two vital characteristics: a judgment-free approach focused on helping the client through difficult emotional situations, and years of experience focused on family law issues.  Alexandra has seen it all - from broken relationships as a result of extra-marital affairs, to children who are alienated from their parents.  Alexandra understands that this is a highly emotional time for everyone involved and focuses on getting the family through this difficult time in the best way possible.. Alexandra's achievements have been recognized by several organizations, including being named "Top 40 Under 40" in family law by the National Advocates in 2017, and selected as one of Super Lawyer's Rising Stars for 2018, an honor that is reserved for a limited number of lawyers each year.  Alexandra has also published several articles on the Illinois State Bar Association’s Standing Committee for Women and the Law’s newsletter The Catalyst.
