"We have a great group of results-oriented trial lawyers. We are dedicated to working hard, and we give our all to our clients," Bruntrager explains.. When a record store owner's insurance claim was denied after his building collapsed, Bruntrager sued the property's insurer, which had made its decision to deny the claim in just 15 minutes, for vexatious refusal to pay. A jury awarded the store owner his actual damages, plus attorney's fees and damages for vexatious refusal..
