Lexstop Law Firm LLC is a full service law firm that I founded which can provide a variety of legal services to the good honest people and businesses of Missouri and Illinois. A lot of people are confused by the name. Lex is Latin for law and the stop is self explanatory. Hence, the name simply means law stop. I didn't want to have a name like Mueller and Associates or Traffic Ticket Law Firm LLC because every law firm I know of has a name just like it. Plus, how many people in Saint Louis do you know named Mueller? We strive to be different by offering the highest quality legal services and customer support to clients. Although we initially started advertising traffic and speeding ticket work, we can handle a lot of other legal issues. The reason we began advertising this way is because one in six people get a traffic ticket in any given year making it by far the most common legal problem people encounter in their everyday lives. Further, we are so sure that once you know of the quality of our work and how you will be treated on a simple matter, you will come back in the future for other legal services. To help differentiate ourselves, I came up with this unique name so the client knows when they hire lexstop they know exactly what they will be getting. A law firm firmly committed to helping as many good honest people and businesses as possible.. IMPORTANT LEGAL DISCLAIMER:. The choice of a lawyer is an important decision and should not be based solely upon advertisements.

Hello and thank you for viewing my profile. My name is Bob Linhares. I have been married to my wife, Megan, since 1986. We have lived in Florissant, MO, since 1988. We have three children and they have been a true blessing and joy to us. When our kids were young we were actively involved in their sports and school activities, volunteering as coaches and serving on many parish and school comittees at Sacred Heart, our parish family here in Florissant. We remain active in our parish and community in many different ways. Megan and I like to get out and enjoy nature as often as possible. One thing we always enjoyed as a family was our annual vacation. Over the years we have hung out at the beach on the Gulf Coast of Florida, stayed in some great cottages along Lake Michigan, hiked the Grand Canyon and climbed 14,000-ft. peaks in Colorado. I enjoy the sport of archery and occassionaly like to get out and hunt with my long bow.. I have been an attorney since 1988 and am licensed to practice in Missouri and Illinois. I have been a partner at Rebman, Linhares & Beachem, P.C., since 1998. My partners, Joe Rebman and Greg Beachem are not only my law partners but are good friends and we do whatever we can to help each other. After many years of teaching pre-kindergarten my wife Megan joined our office in 2011 and now serves as our office manager and paralegal. Megan has a bachelor's degree in Journalism and also worked as a corporate writer for a number of years. She wears many hats at the office and they all fit her well!. I have tried a number of cases in State and Federal Court over the years, but the primary focus of my practice is now concentrated in three areas: 1) Estate Planning and Elder Care/Disability Law. I draft traditional estate planning documents such as Revocable Trusts, Wills, and General Durable Power of Attorney documents for financial and health care decisons. I also draft specialized estate planning documents that can help protect assets and in certain cases allow people to qualify for or remain on benefits such as Medicaid or Social Security Disability. For example I can meet with you to help determine if a Special Needs Trust might be of help to a person receiving some form of government disability benefits or whether an Irrevocable Trust might make sense as a planning tool for asset protection in the event skilled nursing care and Medicaid benefits are needed in the future. I am a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. 2) Probate Law. I have handled many probate estates over the years and can efficiently guide you through the probate system. Probate estates may involve a Will or a situation where the deceased left no Will. The estate may be large or it may involve less than $40,, in which case a Small Estate Affidavit may be used to speed up the process. Examples of other types of probate matters are Petition For Determination Of Heirs, Spousal Refusal Of Letter, Creditor Refusal Of Letters, and Guardianship and Conservatorship Estates. 3) Business and Real Estate Law. I can represent a Buyer or Seller in drafting and negotiating a Sale Contract, draft real property deeds and provide counsel in all types of real estate issues. I can help a business select the right type of entity and draft the needed documents to begin operation, such as the Operating Agreement for an LLC. I can also provide counsel to your business on everyday legal issues involving contracts and employment.
