Mr. Vary has been an expert witness in fees disputes and has been appointed as an expert by a bankruptcy court in a patent dispute.  He has lectured and taught intellectual property law as an adjunct professor at Case Western Reserve University School of Law.

Ms. Hoover’s focus at the Firm includes the application and prosecution of patents and trademarks, patent and trademark availability and trademark oppositions, as well as copyright registration, trade secrets, and general intellectual property protection and counseling. Ms. Hoover handles both domestic and international property matters. She also has experience in contract matters related to intellectual property, including licenses and non-disclosure agreements.
