I have been a practicing attorney for 18 years.  A large portion of my practice throughout my career has been criminal and municipal law.. The criminal defense portion of my practice includes repesenting individuals on misdemeanor matters such as DUI/DWI/OVI's, traffic matters and all other misdemeanor charges and representing indivduals on various felony charges.. The criminal prosecution portion of my practice includes currently serving as Prosecutor for the City of Broadview Heights and Prosecutor for the Village of Newburgh Heights.. I have also taught classes as a faculty member in various areas of the law at the University of Phoenix and Stautzenberger College..
