Lyndsey M. Phillips is an attorney who is focused on helping the people in her community through divorce proceedings, custody disputes, criminal charges, juvenile court proceedings, and many other legal matters. Born and raised in Anderson County, Briceville to be more specific, Lyndsey’s goal is to give back to her community by providing excellent legal representation.. Lyndsey focused on criminal law while in law school at LMU Duncan School of Law and completed an externship with top defense attorneys in Knox County. After graduating summa cum laude and second in her law school class, Lyndsey began her solo practice which focused primarily in juvenile court proceedings and criminal charges in Anderson County. She joined Biloski & Miller in September 2022. She now provides legal representation in divorce proceedings, child custody disputes, and criminal charges, both adult and juvenile in several counties including Anderson, Knox, Campbell, Roane, and Morgan. When she is not representing clients, Lyndsey enjoys traveling, salsa dancing, meeting with her book club, and spending time with friends and family. Lauren Biloski is a 2000 graduate of Oak Ridge High School.  Lauren then went to the University of Tennessee at Knoxville and graduated in 2003 with a B.A. degree in psychologyand a minor in Spanish.  Immediately following graduation in 2003, Lauren Biloski pursued her dream and attended the Robert H. McKinney, School of Law, Indiana University.  Lauren Biloski graduated in 2006 withher J.D. and wanted to return to East Tennessee and provide assistance to a community that allowed her to flourish.. During Lauren's third year of law school, she was awarded one of three internships and later obtained a position of Assistant Deputy Prosecuting Attorney with the Hamilton County Prosecutor's Office. Lauren represented victims in all aspects of criminal proceedings, including probable cause hearings, plea negotiations, and conducted both bench and jury trials.  She argued in felony and misdemeanor courts, helped negotiate various plea bargains, and conducted extensive research on various crimes and evidentiary problems.  In 2006, Lauren was admitted to practice law in Indiana and Tennessee after successfully taking and passing two bar exams in July.. Lauren's passion for the law developed with her internship with Child Advocates, Inc. and the Hamilton County Prosecutor's office. After discovering how many battles individuals face in their daily lives, Lauren chose to return back to East Tennessee and assist individuals in her own community verses internationally.. Lauren returned back to Oak Ridge in October of 2006 and has loved having an active local practice.  In 2012, Lauren joined and partnered with Michael Ritter to form the firm Ritter & Biloski in Oak Ridge.  Since 2012, Lauren has handled a wide variety of cases but still focused her practice on juvenile law, family law, and criminal defense.. Since returning to Tennessee in 2006, Lauren has been involved and volunteered with numerous organizations.  Lauren has worked with Girls, Inc. in Oak Ridge,volunteered with C.A.S.A. - Court Appointed Special Advocates, and the League of Women Voters of Oak Ridge. Lauren is a member of the Anderson County Bar Association and American Bar Association.  Lauren was an active member of the Junior League in Knoxville and has counseled individuals who are victims ofdomestic violence.. Lauren has a strong passion for animal welfare and has been actively involved with the Shelter Animals Rescue Group (S.A.R.G.) and adopted Buster Brown, her Puggle, from the organizationin 2009. Lauren is the legal representative for Westie Rescue of Tennessee and adopted Madison, her Westie, from them in 2007.  Lauren has also assisted the Humane Society of Oak Ridge and Anderson County with legal issues and volunteered her time.  Lauren started the Adoptable Animals at the Oak Ridge Shelter Facebook page in the spring of 2013 to encourage adoptions fromthe local shelter and help lower euthanasia rates.. Lauren has also served on city boards in Oak Ridge.  Lauren was appointed by the Oak Ridge City Counsel to serve as a member of the City of Oak Ridge Municipal PlanningCommission in 2009. During her tenure at the University of Tennessee, Lauren served on the Oak Ridge Recreation and Parks Outdoor Pool advisory board and is a proud former employee of the City of Oak Ridge Recreation and Parks Department.. John Willis grew up in the town of Rogersville, Tennessee watching his father practice law. As he grew up, he learned from his father how much an attorney could help others in the community.. Recalling the lessons learned from his dad about helping people in the community, he joined Fox & Farley in 2005, refocusing his practice exclusively on representing injured parties, and using his experience for victims of wrongdoing. Bruce Fox is a partner and co-founder of Fox & Farley.  His personal injury practice focuses on automobile accidents, workers’ compensation, products liability, hospital and nursing home injuries, and trucking litigation.  In addition, Bruce has significant multi-state lead counsel Class Action litigation experience against a variety of defendants.  Bruce is co-founder of the Energy Workers’ Legal Resource Center in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, a law firm dedicated to helping local energy workers sick with serious lung diseases, cancers and hearing loss as a result of their work for various Department of Energy contractors.. Bruce believes strongly in the rights of children, particularly injured or special needs children.  He works with the East Tennessee Chapter of the Autism Society of America in its efforts to raise funds and promote awareness of autism and autism related issues.  Bruce has contributed many hours towards the goal of increasing autism awareness through public and private fundraising to benefit the East Tennessee Chapter of the Autism Society of America.. Bruce is married to Mary Jane Fox and lives in Knoxville, Tennessee.  He has six grown children, seven grandchildren, and two more on the way.  Away from work, Bruce spends time with his family, enjoys traveling, and has traveled extensively throughout Europe.
