Jeff Owens is a native to North Idaho, where he graduated from Coeur d’Alene High School in 1995.  He then went to Brigham Young University and graduated in 2001 with a bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience.  Jeff spent a year living in Norfolk, Virginia, working as neuro-diagnostic technician at Sentara Healthcare.  In 2002, Jeff entered law school at the Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon, obtaining his law degree in 2005.. Currently, Jeff is the managing partner at Owens, McCrea and Linscott, where he specializes in plaintiffs’ personal injury and medical malpractice litigation.  During the past twelve years, Jeff has helped hundreds of people resolve their personal injury and medical malpractice claims.  Jeff serves as the President-Elect for the Idaho Trial Lawyers Association and is the incoming President of the First District Bar Association.. When he is not working, Jeff enjoys hiking, mountain biking, skiing, and gardening.

April graduated from the University of Idaho with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting.    After receiving her bachelor’s agree she worked for a national retailer beginning with attending an in-house executive MBA program and then proceeding into a broad spectrum of positions including, management, human resource management and trainer focused on the development of front-line and mid-level managers’ best practices to minimize risk of legal exposure.. April left the fast paced retail environment to pursue a career in the legal field. April entered law school at Gonzaga University School of Law, obtaining her law degree.. Currently, April is one of four partners at Owens, McCrea and Linscott, where she practices general civil litigation focusing on litigation in employment law, real estate, business disputes and probate.. April is also a trained mediator.  She has assisted her client’s achieve results whether through alternative dispute resolution, litigation or appeal.. Her hobbies include: riding horseback, skiing, mountain climbing, backpacking and going to the gym.
