For the past twenty-three years, I have practiced family law and general civil litigation.  I practiced for fifteen years in Texas, from 1995 to 2010. In 2010, I moved my practice to Colorado Springs, Colorado, where I was born.. My primary area of practice is family law, including divorce, child custody, child support modification and enforcement, and grandparent rights.  I have extensive experience representing parents and children in suits involving the Department of Human Services, sometimes known as Child Protective Services.. In addition to family law, I handle civil protection orders, landlord-tenant cases, and general civil litigation.
