I have almost 20 years of experience practicing law. I focus my practice on commercial leasing, commercial and residential acquisition and sales, entity formation and estate planning.. I have represented both landlords and tenants in all types of leases: office, warehouse, retail, big box, mall and restaurant. Additionally, I have represented purchasers, sellers and lenders in all types of transactions including: office complexes, office buildings, hotels, warehouses, raw land, gas stations, shopping centers, manufacturing plants and mult-family/apartment buildings.. I have reviewed and negotiated all types of contracts including licenses, cell phone towers, and employment contracts.. I prepare wills, trusts, guardianship papers, living wills and power of attorneys.. I am licensed to practice in NY, CT and NH.

I have been practicing law in Concord, North Carolina since 1999 and am proud to call Cabarrus County home along with my lovely wife, Erin and two boys. I was originally a member of the former Hartsell, Hartsell & White, P.A. firm prior to our merger with Williams Boger Grady Davis & Tuttle in 2004. I enjoy sports, mostly football but do also like basketball from time to time and also enjoying coaching my two sons in baseball.

I grew up in the Nashua area and graduated from UNH and Suffolk Law School.. I have practiced law in Concord since 1999.

I graduated form The University of New Hampshire Franklin Pierce School of Law in 2018. I also completed the Health Law and Policy Certificate Program. I am admitted to the NH Bar and NY Bar.. I am also a Board Certified Anesthesiologist licensed to practice Medicine in NH, NY, FL and CA.

Cassandra Strunk was born and raised in Virginia. She graduated from the College of William and Mary with a Bachelor of Arts degree and graduated with honors from the University of Tennessee College of Law with her Juris Doctorate. In 2014, Cassandra finally put her roots down in gorgeous North Carolina.. Cassandra is a licensed attorney in North Carolina and started her career as a litigator in family law. Since starting her own family, Cassandra has chosen to focus on estate planning. While estate planning can entail making difficult decisions, Cassandra is dedicated in helping her clients create an estate plan that works for them.. Carolyn is one of the founders of the firm.  Carolyn has focused her legal career on one area of law  - divorce and family law.
