I have dedicated the past twenty-five years helping those who are injured at work; in car, bicycle, and motorcycle accidents; from animal attacks; and when a someone is injured on at the premises of another or business. Every case I take is one that will be prepared as though the case will be decided at trial, knowing that level of preparation is the key to resolving cases in an informal settlement or mediation, which is how most cases are currently resolved.
