My practice focuses primarily on civil litigation.  I was born in Atlantic , Iowa, and received my B. A. with distinction in Spanish from Iowa State University in 2002.  I then returned to Atlantic after undergraduate studies and taught Spanish at the high school level for six years.  I decided to switch careers and was admitted to Creighton University School of Law in 2008.  I received my Juris Doctor in 2011 and served as in-house counsel at a Fortune 500 company for over three years.  In 2015, I entered private practice and continue to repesent clients in the areas of personal injury, workers' compensation, insurance law, commercial law, and family law.

Mr. Crowl was born in Council Bluffs, Iowa, in 1959.  He was elected for three consecutive terms as the Pottawattamie County Attorney, 1991 through 2002. In 2002, he was a finalist for nomination as United States Attorney, Southern District of Iowa. Mr. Crowl has served on a number of local charities and boards.  He currently serves on the Iowa West Foundation Board of Directors, Jennie Edmundson Hospital Board of Directors, Frontier Savings Bank Board of Directors, Council Bluffs Airport Authority and The Council Bluffs Industrial Foundation Board of Directors.. Mr. Crowl maintains his membership in the Pottawattamie County, Southwest Iowa, Iowa State and American Bar Associations; and the Iowa Association for Justice (formerly known as the Iowa Trial Lawyers Association).   He has received the highest rating by his peers, AV Preeminent, in Martindale-Hubbell.

I was born March 14, 1960 in Council Bluffs and am a fourth generation member of the Peters Law Firm in Council Bluffs. I began working full time for the firm in 1983 as a law clerk, joined as an associate in 1985,  joined the firm as a partner in 1990 and have worked here continuously ever since. My practice is currently confined primarily to Iowa Workers' Compensation Claims on behalf of the Claimant, but I also handle claimant's cases in Nebraska. I also handle personal injury and automobile litigation. I am a member of the Iowa Academy of Trial Lawyers, the Iowa Association for Justice and I have been active in civic and community affairs including serving on the Westfair board for 17 years from 1988 to 2005. I am currently active in the Pottawattamie County Pheasants Forever Chapter and other civic organizations.

I was born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska and am happily married to Neola, Iowa native Emily (Fischer) Glaser. We live in Council Bluffs with our three children. I focus my practice on workers' compensation, personal injury, and divorce. I understand that each case is unique and requires a personalized, tenacious approach in order to achieve a successful outcome. My clients interact with me personally. They don't have to wait weeks to be called back or for me to answer their e-mail.
