Justin L. Lawrence runs a thriving law firm that practices in the areas of personal injury, property and casualty, workers' compensation, and social security disability. While at the University of Kentucky, he was awarded the prestigious Woodson B. Gudgell scholarship. He earned his Juris Doctor degree from the Salmon P. Chase College of Law in 2005. In law school, he served as Vice President of the SBA and Justice of Phi Alpha Delta’s Hoffman Chapter. Justin was also honored with the Alex P. Hotchkiss Award for outstanding Chapter Justice, and the Hoffman Chapter was awarded the Stanley H. Kohn Award for best chapter. Justin founded his successful law firm in 2005.. Justin has years of experience in representing injured men and women in civil cases against insurance companies and large corporations. He has recently put a spotlight on some insurance companies’ abhorrent practice of delaying payments to the victims of drunk drivers.. Justin is on the Board of Governors for the Kentucky Justice Association, and is a member of the American Association for Justice, the Kentucky Bar Association, and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association. He continues to be active as a member of the Salmon P. Chase Inns of Court, and an alumni adviser to Phi Alpha Delta. He regularly practices in Kentucky and Ohio, and has also won awards in Pennsylvania and Indiana.. In addition to Justin’s professional memberships, he is active with the Down Syndrome Association of Greater Cincinnati, which provides aid and support to individuals with Down Syndrome and their families. He is also an active member in the Florence Rotary and the Freemasons.. Justin lives in Ft. Wright, Kentucky with his wife Michelle, his son Gabriel, and his daughter Alyssa. He is an avid sports fan, runs, hikes, canoes, and enjoys spending time with his wife and children.

Haley Stamm graduated with honors from Northern Kentucky University and attended Salmon P. Chase College of Law.  While at Chase, she was both a member of the Northern Kentucky Law Review and the Moot Court Board, proudly representing Chase in two national competitions.  In 2006, her paper on eminent domain was awarded a prize in the annual Kentucky Bar Association writing competition. During her final year at Chase, she had the opportunity to work for both Justice Donald Wintersheimer and Justice Wilfrid Schroder at the Kentucky Supreme Court.  She obtained her Juris Doctor from Chase College of Law in 2007, and is admitted as a licensed attorney in good standing in both Ohio and Kentucky.. Haley brings with her over ten years of legal experience in a variety of complex practice areas, in both federal and state law.  She has years of experience as an Attorney Advisor to federal administrative law judges, working on claims for disability benefits under the Social Security Act and under federal workers’ compensation programs.  As an associate attorney at Lawrence & Associates, she is excited to be able to use her prior experience to help injured workers fight for their workers’ compensation claims in Kentucky.. Haley is passionate about community involvement and volunteerism.  She has served as a Sunday school teacher for over 7 years and is an active Merit Badge counselor with the Scouts.  In her free time, Haley and her family frequently volunteer at local fundraisers and festivals for charity. She also enjoys playing on a recreational volleyball team.

As an Elder Law Attorney, I have focused my legal practice in Estate Planning, Trusts, Estate Administration, Veteran's Benefits, Nursing Home and Long Term Care Planning and Asset Protection Planning since 2007.  I have a true passion for the Senior Community and those whom serve them..
