I graduated from the University of Rhode Island and Roger Williams University School of Law.  Afterwards, I accepted a clerkship with a Rhode Island Superior Court Justice and then practiced litigation with Partridge Snow & Hahn LLP, a 50+ attorney Providence law firm.  I have been named a Super Lawyer or Super Lawyers Rising Star each year since 2009 and serve on the RI Bar Association Labor and Employment Committee and Federal Bench Bar Committee.  During the drafting of the State Plan on Alzheimer's, I served as Chair of the Legal Issues Subcommittee and served as Vice President of the Board of Directors for the Alzheimer's Association of Rhode Island for a number of years, including as Chair of its Advocacy Committee.
