Paul is a lifelong resident of Northern Kentucky. He graduated from Covington Catholic High School, Northern Kentucky University, and Chase College of Law. Upon graduation from law school, Paul opened his law practice in 1992. Since that date, Paul has represented hundreds of people in dozens of courtrooms across Kentucky. Each case was different and involved its own challenges. Paul recognizes that when any person is compelled to engage in any form of legal struggle, he or she needs an attorney they can trust to provide honest answers and the best service available to them..
