Mr. Buckmaster was born in Fort Wayne, Indiana. He moved to Florida in 1988. He attended the University of Florida and received a Bachelor's of Arts in Political Science. Mr. Buckmaster went on to obtain his law degree from the University of Florida, Levin College of Law.. Mr. Buckmaster began his legal career as an Assistant State Attorney in the 19th Judicial Circuit of Florida in Fort Pierce, Florida.
