I have been a member of the Southern Conference Football Officials Association since 2012 and a supplemental member of the Southeastern Conference Football Officials Association since 2013.  I have been a member of the AHSAA since 1994 and have officiated six State championships in wrestling and two in football.. I have served as pro bono counsel to the Alabama Jubilee and have served as Treasurer to the Morgan County Bar Association.. In my spare time, I enjoy fishing, camping and hiking, reading and spending time with my familly. We attend church at Stone River Methodist Church in Decatur, Alabama.

She received her B.S. degree from the University of Alabama, and her Juris Doctorate from Birmingham School of Law.. She is also a member of the Elder Law Section and Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Alabama State Bar. Cathy is a native of north Alabama and resides in Madison County.
