Clayton E. Wire graduated from Colorado State University in Fort Collins, Colorado, where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in both Editorial Journalism and Political Science, with a focus on international relations. Mr. Wire received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law. While attending law school, Mr. Wire served as Editor in Chief of the globally recognized Denver Journal of International Law and Policy. Mr. Wire was also an intern at the Colorado State Public Defender’s Appellate Division. Upon graduation, Mr. Wire was admitted to the Order of St. Ives, an honors society for Sturm College of Law graduates within the top percentiles of each graduating class.. Prior to joining Starrs Mihm, LLP, Mr. Wire clerked for the Honorable Nancy J. Lichtenstein of the Colorado Court of Appeals..
