Mihm ed., CLE in Colorado, Inc., 2017).  This two-volume, 57-chapter treatise, updated annually, focuses on lawyers' professional liability and legal ethics issues. Michael wrote or co-wrote 6 chapters in the book.  He is a frequent speaker and author on lawyers' professional liability and trial practice matters.. Business Ligation.  Michael also has a significant business and corporate litigation practice. Michael's business litigation often involves claims arising from breach of contract, corporate control, oil and gas transactions, real estate disputes, oppression of minority business owners, trade secrets, theft of intellectual property, computer fraud, and claims arising from breaches of fiduciary duty and other misconduct by company insiders.. Personal Injury Litigation.  While most of Michael's practice focuses on legal malpractice or business litigation, Michael also personally tries select medical malpractice, wrongful death and catastrophic personal injury cases.  Michael's law firm, Ogborn Mihm LLP, represents clients in a significant number of such cases. Indeed, Michael's firm recently obtained a $100 million settlement in a products liability claim arising from a helicopter crash.  .
