Zachary A. Chapman became licensed to practice law in Colorado in 2011, obtaining his license in Nebraska shortly after. Prior to becoming licensed, he earned his BA in Psychology and Political Science from University of Colorado at Boulder, a school that he followed since attending their football games with his father at a young age. Following this, he pursued his legal educated at the University of Wyoming College of Law, earning his Juris Doctorate in 2011.

Diane O’Neil’s experience spans the energy sector from the
point of extraction at the wellhead and mine to the downstream public utility
consumer, and from the traditional oil and gas and mining extractive industries
to renewable and new energy technologies.. Diane earned a B.A. in biology with a specialization in
marine sciences from the Boston University in 2002 and a law degree from the University
of Denver in 2007. In addition she was admitted to practice patent law through
the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 2007.

Christine E. Breen, Esq. grew up in an oil and gas family in the heart of the oil and gas industry in Houston, TX.
