We are a boutique litigation firm located in the Capitol Hill area of Denver, Colorado.  We primarily specialize in civil litigation, defending individuals and businesses who are being sued in civil cases.  My practice is divided between defending those individuals and businesses who find themselves as defendants in civil law suits, and representing insurance companies who have paid claims to and on behalf of their customers for losses caused by some other entity.  Imagine a fire caused by an electrician or some other subcontractor on a residential or commercial project.  Our insurance clients pay for losses caused by the fire, and then hire us to try and recover from the responsible party.  As a lawyer, working half the time defending somebody or some company which is being sued, and half the time as a plaintiff, pursuing cases against a responsible party to recover money which the insuarance company properly paid on a claim, we have a unique view of both sides of the litigation process.  It is quite helpful to know and understand both sides of the civil litigation "fence." We also represent seriously injured people who need zealous advotates. We are quite selective when it comes to personal injury cases, but our experience working on behalf of both plaintiffs and defendants has been helpful to our injury clients. Tiffany Scully Kinder graduated from the University of Virginia in 1994 with a B.A. in Foreign Affairs. While at UVA, she spent a semester abroad studying at the University of Salzburg. From Virginia, she traveled to Denver, Colorado, where she attended the University of Denver, Sturm College of Law and graduated in 1997.  That same year, Ms. Kinder became a licensed attorney in the State of Colorado.   Ms. Kinder began her career representing insurance carriers and employers in the areas of insurance subrogation and general liability.  By 2001, she focused her career on the defense and representation of employers and insurers in workers’ compensation claims and subrogation cases.  Ms. Kinder has extensive experience with Medicare Set Asides and subrogation recovery. Neil was admitted to the Colorado Bar in 1979 and has practiced in the fields of workers' compensation and social security disability for over a quarter of a century. Neil was a Peace Corps volunteer in India 1966-68, after which he worked overseas for CARE for six years providing food relief and development assistance in numerous developing and war-torn countries.

Mr. Reutlinger commissioned in the United States Navy as a Judge Advocate in October 2005.  He served eight years on active duty litigating courts-martial at trial and appeal, administrative separation boards, Boards of Inquiry, and military disability cases before the Physical Evaluation Board.  He continues to serve in the Navy JAG Corps Reserves.. Larry Free has practiced exclusively in the area of Workers’ Compensation since 1995. His understanding and appreciation of workers began through his own employment history. In his early years, he worked at a variety of jobs in the food service industry, cabinet making, carpentry, appliance repair, and delivery.
