While involved in a number of different areas of the law, I have a general practice which includes representation of clients in Banking law, Transportation, Construction law, and Real Estate matters. Also, as a practitioner in the Appellate Practice arena, I was selected for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2010 in the field of Appellate Litigation.. In addition to advising clients and litigating in these areas, I regularly provide presentations to various industry groups concerning these matters and is the author and co-author of several articles related to these matters.

Russell L. Samson practices primarily in the area of employment law, including traditional labor law, exclusively representing employers in the private sector. Patrick Smith represents public and private sector employers in a broad spectrum of employment and labor matters, both inside and outside the courtroom.. Melissa Schilling, a Burlington, Iowa native, focuses her practice on traditional labor law and employment litigation. Mary Zambreno has extensive trial experience as a member of the firm’s Litigation Group.. Mary focuses her practice on serving clients who are either going through the emotional process of divorce or dealing with modifications to decrees after their marriages have already been dissolved. She is an experienced advocate for her clients, determined to reach the outcome that will best position them for a financially stable future. Edwin Moore Inn of Court, and served as a Grievance Commission Member for the Iowa Supreme Court from 1997-2005.

Jill Jensen-Welch practices primarily in employment law and civil litigation.
