I retired from FirstEnergy in 2014 and have opened a private practice. While most of my practice is in state utility regulation, with an emphasis in energy efficiency, renewable energy and smart grid technologies, I also have experience as a general corpoate lawyer, with an emphasis in corporate transactions, litigation and start up businesses.
