Vincent R. Maher is a native of Solano County. Early on, he was exposed to the criminal justice system due to the rampant crime in his neighborhood. He knew he wanted to be a lawyer because he strongly believed in the pursuit of legal justice. Mr. Maher went on the complete his law degree from Empire Law School in 1999.
