In my 35 years of practicing law in the personal injury field, I have been involved in claims that would break your heart into pieces. When you investigate these wrecks and look at the photos taken at the scene of the crash — photos of men, women, and children — who have died in these collisions, it leaves an indelible mark on you. Try as I may, I can never forget those faces.. Equally gut-wrenching are the times when I meet with the surviving family members to talk about the wreck and about their loved one. They have such fond, vivid memories. But now, their world is turned upside down. I serve as part attorney and part counselor —- helping them through the legal process while listening to them, at times crying with them, but always supporting them through the process.. Other families have met with me at the table discussing their wreck and their injuries. They tell me the paychecks have stopped coming because of the partner’s back injury. Unfortunately, the bills haven’t stopped. They are worried:. * will they lose their job?. * how will they pay the medical bills without health insurance?. * who will pay to repair the damaged car?. * what about their future medical needs?. These are certainly legitimate concerns and worries and these victims deserve answers. They deserve someone who is willing to fight to get them all the cash and benefits they are legally entitled to receive. Every single client needs an attorney that cares, that will take action, and will listen.. I’ll admit, it’s not an easy task.. I suppose I learned best how to work with people when tragedy strikes from watching my father. For more than 50 years, he was a United Methodist minister serving churches in south Alabama and northwest Florida. He was always there whenever someone needed to talk - never judging, but listening. It’s funny how a lot of people just assume preachers only work on Saturdays for weddings and Sundays to preach - mix in the occasional funeral too. His work never seemed to end. If the home phone wasn’t ringing, there was a knock on the door from one of the members of the church - or a friend of a friend who was a member - that just wanted to talk.. This kind of work is not a 9-to-5 type of commitment. It requires long hours, rolling up the sleeves, and a dedicated work ethic.. I am proud to say that we have helped over 45,000 victims and their families since 1993 in their car wreck, workers’ compensation, wrongful death, inadequate security, and social security claims. It has been an honor and a privilege to have helped these people through their trying times. I’m proud of what I do, and I’m thankful that the Good Lord has given me the opportunity to continue to work in this field.. I wrote a book that became a bestseller in three separate categories on entitled The Authority on Personal Injury Claims in Georgia: The Definitive Guide for Injured Victims & Their Lawyers. It is my hope that this book will help guide injured victims and their attorneys through the minefields that can exist in personal injury claims. Some attorneys would never let you peek behind the curtain to see how they handle cases. To me, there are no secrets. I want to share our knowledge with others so they can help Georgia’s consumers take on the insurance industry and their "Delay, Deny and Defend" tactics.. Should you ever have any questions regarding a personal injury, wrongful death, workers’ compensation, or social security disability claim, please do not hesitate to contact me. If you would like to have my law firm conduct a free, no obligation, completely confidential consultation of your case, please do not hesitate to call. At a minimum, if you don’t call us, please call someone who specializes in personal injury claims.. Our toll-free phone number is .. Or you can call.. God Bless and Be Safe!. If you have been arrested or charged with a criminal offense, you should contact an experienced criminal defense attorney as soon as possible. You need to make sure that you understand exactly what you are being charged with and what is going to happen to you in the courtroom. All criminal charges are serious and carry the potential for serious consequences. Do not fight these charges alone.. My name is Christopher Stocke and I routinely represent clients arrested or charged with drunk driving (DWI / DUI) , drug crimes , assault as well as many other criminal offenses. I began the practice of law in 1998. I spent 18 years with another well-established Duluth law firm accepting the invitation to join the law firm of SiebenCarey. I work primarily on cases involving car accident, product liability, wrongful death and workers compensation law. I also handle professional negligence cases.. Although my personal office is in Duluth, at SiebenCarey, I handle cases across Minnesota and Wisconsin, including the Twin Cities metro area out of the Minneapolis office.. I only work for individuals - never for the insurance companies. I also handle cases on a contingency basis - meaning, I only get paid at the conclusion of the case if I am successful, and only as a percentage of what I am able to recover for my client. If there is no recovery, there is no fee.

I am married with four children. My hobbies include traveling, fishing, running and trivia competitions.. About Scholle Law. For over two decades, Scholle Law has earned a reputation for professionalism, compassion and a tireless dedication to our clients. We take great pride in our expertise and depth of legal knowledge, legal procedure and trial skills. We bring these skills to bear in obtaining outstanding results for our clients. Powerful, well-funded forces push against Georgia citizens and families -- and those forces can be business entities, insurance companies, government actors or quasi-governmental agencies. Our firm excels in defeating these forces through determination, resourcefulness and by simply working harder for our clients.. We are selective in the cases we take on, so that we can fight our hardest for our clients. We focus our intellectual and financial resources on fewer matters, maximizing the results and ensuring a more satisfying representation for both client and attorney.. We care greatly about our clients. Once a matter is resolved, we remain in contact with most of our past clients and those clients send us referrals within their communities, friends and families. Legal matters can be very stressful. They often include important life decisions at vulnerable moments. It is vital to us that our clients feel that we stand by them every step of the way as counselors of the law. We are honored to represent victims of accidents and injury and to help them, and their families, regain their lives.

During my first year of law school, I worked at the Rabun County District Attorney’s Office and during my second and third year, I worked with The Ryczek Firm, one of the best traffic ticket lawyers in Gwinnett County and in Georgia. I was also a Pro Bono Student Ambassador for my school, and I received a 2016 Pro Bono Student Ambassador Award for my significant contributions of promoting our Pro Bono program within the student body and the legal community. I graduated in the Top Twenty Percent of my class, earning a Cum Laude distinction. I also graduated with Pro Bono Honors for giving more than 100 Pro Bono hours to those in legal need.. Outside of work, I enjoy being with my husband, our three children, spending time with our families, and being active in our church community. My family and I also like to hike the mountain trails, kayak the beautiful rivers, spend time with our dog, and watch college football. We are also avid Braves and Falcons fans!!
