I'm a personal injury attorney who has experience with cases related to motor vehicle accidents, injuries from animals, slip and falls, trip and falls, medical malpractice, elder abuse, wrongful death, insurance bad faith, and others.

I made the decision early in life that I wanted to be involved in the daily process of the law.  My father is still an active attorney in Florida and as a young man I personally witnessed what both good and bad legal representation could do for someone.  My father is an amazing role model and a lot of what I am today is a direct result of his influence.. I understood early on that details matter and that absolute and honesty is what the client deserves.  I handle the details personally and when I communicate with my client I first seek to understand before I try to be understood.  I am the exact type of attorney I would want representing my interests.

I am a trial lawyer and I limit my practice to personal injury, wrongful death, professional liability, products liability, insurance company bad faith, government claims and uninsured and under-insured motorist claims.  In short, I work primarily with people who have been seriously injured and make sure their voice is heard.. I am also a member of the American Board Of Trial Advocates (ABOTA) which is an invitation only organization of trial lawyers who have demonstrated excellence in the presentation of civil jury trials and who adhere to the highest standards of professional conduct.. I am married and have 3 children.  I am active in local student athletics including football, baseball and both girl's and boy's tennis.  I am also a member of the Board Of Directors of the Elk Grove Food Bank.
