After graduating from Valley Forge Military Academy, I was accepted at the University of Baltimore where I completed my Juris Doctorate in 1973. I was admitted to the Maryland State Bar in 1974, as well as the 8th Judicial Court Supreme Bench of Baltimore City, the Maryland Court of Appeals, the United States Federal and District Courts and the United States Supreme Court.   Since then, I have been a practicing trial attorney in Cecil County for over 40 years, successfully representing thousands of clients in automobile and truck accidents, criminal cases of all kinds, DUI and dwi, serious traffic offenses, and divorce and child custody cases.
