Mr. Sohal has also represented numerous clients on a pro bono basis. Specifically, he represented the victims of mortgage loan rescue and modification scams. He also served as lead counsel on a petition brought under the Hague Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction.

Mr. Goodchild was admitted to the California State Bar, in 1975, the U.S. Central District Court of California, in 1976, and the U.S. Supreme Court, in 1981. In that same year, Jack Goodchild became a partner in the law firm Rand and Goodchild, PLC, and he was certified as a Workers’ Compensation Specialist.
