Bahar Dejban is the founder of Dejban Law.  Prior to starting her firm, she headed the personal injury and mass tort group at one of California’s largest plaintiff firms.  Her work includes personal injury cases, pharmaceutical mass torts, product liability, employment and class action cases.. Bahar has litigated cases against some of the largest corporations in the world, among them, Merck, Pfizer, Bayer, Astrazeneca, and Walmart.  Her cases have involved a broad range of issues with special focus to complex cases involving thousands of plaintiffs and multiple defendants.  Her leadership has resulted in numerous multimillion dollar settlements.. Bahar was graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles where she earned her Juris Doctor. She received her undergraduate degree in Psychology and Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is admitted to the State Bar of California, as well as the Eastern and Central Districts of the California District Court.. Bahar is on the Board of Governors for Consumer Attorneys of California as well as the New Lawyers Division of American Association for Justice.
