Connor graduated near the top of his class from the University of New Mexico School of Law in Albuquerque, New Mexico. At UNM Law, Connor served as an editor on the school's prestigious Natural Resources Journal, earned a Natural Resources and Environmental Law Certificate, and was awarded the Dean's Award at graduation for his significant contributions to the law school.
