Rachel completed her undergraduate studies at North Dakota State University, earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with a minor in Sociology.  She spent some time working in the psychology field after graduation but eventually went on to pursue and obtain her Juris Doctor Degree from the University of North Dakota School of Law, where she graduated cum laude.. Rachel is a member of the Cass County Bar Association, Clay County Bar Association, Minnesota State Bar Association, and is the VIce President of the Ronald N. Davies Inn of Court.   Prior to going into private practice, Rachel served as a judicial law clerk for the Honorable Steven J. Cahill in Moorhead, Minnesota.. Lesley’s legal practice will focus on all aspects of Family Law proceedings.   Lesley is licensed to practice in North Dakota state and federal courts and is also licensed in Minnesota State Court.. Prior to joining Fremstad Law Firm, Lesley represented the State of North Dakota at the Fargo Regional Child Support Unit.  She was responsible for all aspects of paternity, child support, and medical support legal actions,including reviewing existing child support obligations, and, when appropriate, taking steps to modify.  Through her work with the Child Support Unit, Lesley also gained extensive knowledge of residential responsibility (custody) and parenting time (visitation) issues, concerns, and procedures.  Lesley also has courtroom experience in family law cases through her work at the child support unit.. Prior to joining the child support office, Lesley served as a trial court Law Clerk to two different district court judges in the Minnesota 9th Judicial District.  Prior to her most recent clerkship, she was also in a private law practice focusing on family law and personal injury.. Lesley graduated with distinction from the University of North Dakota School of Law.  During law school, Lesley served as the Managing Editor of the North Dakota Law Review and her published case comment  (82 N.D. Jennifer Albaugh is an associate attorney with Anderson, Bottrell, Sanden & Thompson, in Fargo, North Dakota. In 2009, Jennifer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice as well as a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of North Dakota. Jennifer earned her Juris Doctor, cum laude, from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 2012. While in law school, Jennifer was involved in Law Women’s Caucus, serving as the President and Treasurer, North Dakota Law Review and the law school’s yearly orientation program. In 2012, she was awarded The National Association of Women Lawyer’s Outstanding Law Student for her involvement in law school and leadership abilities. Jennifer serves on the Board of Governors for the State Bar Associaion of North Dakota, is a member of the Cass and Clay County Bar Associations. She also serves as a Board Member for the F5 Project. Jennifer volunteers with the Junior Achievement Program, and has done so since 2007. Jennifer currently resides in West Fargo with her husband, Nathan, and their children, Hudson and Sloane.
