Since 1981 Attorney John L. Laudati has practiced extensively and primarily as a trial lawyer.  He concentrates his practice on civil litigation, personal injury law, collaborative family law and criminal law. He has litigated cases in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies.  He strongly believes that every case should be handled as if destined for trial. I am Joseph Jardine.  Let me introduce myself.  I have been practicing law for 15 years.  I decided to hang a shingle out of law school.  My firm grew over the years to include up to 4 attorneys with a large support staff.  I found that a large law practice brought with it a large headache and subsequently downsized.. I am currently operating a one attorney firm with 2 paralegals and some additional support staff.  Both of my paralegals have over 20 years experience.  I have handled a wide array of cases throughout my career from criminal defense to personal injury to business litigation.. I graduated from BYU in 1997 with a BA in English.  I then attended law school at the University of Idaho, in Moscow, Idaho, graduating in 2000.  I am licensed to practice law in both Utah and Idaho..
