Randy received his B.S. in Economics, his B.S. in International Studies, and his B.A. in German from the University of Utah, cum laude, in 2009. Before law school, Randy worked for a number of years in Utah’s real estate industry, working for a commercial real estate appraiser, a real estate capital group, and later as a licensed real estate agent and project manager for a residential homebuilder.. During law school, Randy served as Articles Editor of the George Washington International Law Review, Editor-in-Chief of The Nota Bene, and as a Dean’s Fellow for the Legal Research & Writing Program. During his summers off from law school, he served as a Judicial Intern for the United States Court of Federal Claims in 2012 and as a Summer Associate at Parr Brown Gee & Loveless, PC in 2013.. After law school, Randy joined the law firm Parr Brown Gee & Loveless, PC, in Salt Lake City, Utah. While there, he worked as an Associate Attorney focusing on corporate transactions, real estate and construction, as well as corporate financing and lending. During his practice, a firm client, Pluralsight, approached him to begin practicing in-house for the company as Associate Legal Counsel, where he currently works today.. Randy and his wife Annalee live in Kaysville, Utah with their daughter, Virginia. He enjoys running, hiking, camping and playing the piano. Randy freelances as a website and graphic designer in his free time, and he enjoys serving as the family and neighborhood go-to tech guru.

Jason C. Hunter practices in the areas of federal and state taxation, estate planning (including estate and trust administration and asset protection), and business planning. I am Joseph Jardine.  Let me introduce myself.  I have been practicing law for 15 years.  I decided to hang a shingle out of law school.  My firm grew over the years to include up to 4 attorneys with a large support staff.  I found that a large law practice brought with it a large headache and subsequently downsized.. I am currently operating a one attorney firm with 2 paralegals and some additional support staff.  Both of my paralegals have over 20 years experience.  I have handled a wide array of cases throughout my career from criminal defense to personal injury to business litigation.. I graduated from BYU in 1997 with a BA in English.  I then attended law school at the University of Idaho, in Moscow, Idaho, graduating in 2000.  I am licensed to practice law in both Utah and Idaho.. On a personal side, I have lived in Davis County, Utah for the last 15 years.  My wife and I have been married now for 17 years.  I grew up in Washington State, but moved to Utah after law school.  I enjoy playing chess, tennis, and spending time with my wife and children.
