David came to Seattle in 2004 to attend law school and soon after his first year of school he began working as a legal intern. While continuing his education, David also participated in a work study program working as a law clerk focusing on individuals injured in auto accidents.. After law school, in 2008, David founded his own law practice in Federal Way, where he represented clients in the areas of personal injury and criminal defense. In 2012, David began working as a public defender in Bremerton, handling misdemeanor and gross misdemeanor cases.  Later, he worked in Seattle as a solo practitioner, serving clients in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury and insurance bad faith.. Cynthia was inspired to go to law school after working with human rights organizations in New York City and advocating at the United Nations. She graduated from American University Washington College of Law in Washington D.C. and received the American University Juris Doctor Distinguished Fellowship. During her time in D.C., she interned with Amnesty International, served as a law clerk with the United States Agency for International Development, and assisted asylum seekers appearing before the Baltimore Immigration Court and United States Immigration and Citizenship Services.. Cynthia is dedicated to advocacy and the pursuit of justice. She strongly believes in client-centered lawyering and approaching each client and case with empathy. She works towards achieving fair settlements for clients injured by the negligent or wrongful conduct of others.. Beyond her legal practice, Cynthia enjoys travelling, skiing, cooking, and baking.

Brian Taylor joined the Life Point Law team in 2019. He has since become a valued asset to the firm and handles all aspects of Estate Planning, Elder Law, Tax, Business Formation and Succession, Real Property, and Probate.. Brian received his JD at the University of San Diego School of Law, where he participated in both Moot Court and Mock Trial. He also held an active leadership role in the Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He passed the California bar in 2015 and later the Washington bar in 2016.. Prior to working for Life Point Law, Brian worked as a litigator where he regularly handled multimillion-dollar matters involving numerous fields of law including insurance defense, construction, tax, and family law.. When he is not spending time at home with his wife and toddler he stays very active and enjoys skiing, exercising, and scuba diving.
