In addition to his representation of municipalities, Mr. Poliakoff represents multi-family residential and commercial properties on issues relating to land use and zoning, and has substantial experience in obtaining entitlements. He works closely with local public officials and provides guidance to his many business clients on the complex governmental processes including public sector procurements, affordable housing, developer agreements, and legislative initiatives. In 2000 Mr. Poliakoff developed an annexation bill, which still serves as the model for annexation bills throughout the state. Justin M. Berlin was born in New York, but after his family relocated to sunny South Florida, he grew up in Coral Springs. A product of public schools, Justin found his passion for public speaking at Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School. After he and his debate team won the State Championships, Justin's career in advocacy was all but cemented.Justin received a full scholarship to attend the University of Florida, where he served as the President of their international relations debate team. Justin graduated with honors and a perfect 4.0 grade point average. Before entering law school, Berlin worked in Washington, D.C. for senior United States Senator Bill Nelson of Florida.
