Ted Storer is a civil litigator who tries cases in federal and state courts in Indiana.  Ted has represented numerous clients in jury trials and cases tried to a judge.  Ted has the experience to represent individuals, small businesses and large corporations. He has represented financial institutions in complex collection matters, owners and contractors in construction disputes and businesses in commercial litigation. He has also litigated non-compete cases where the results can significantly impact the businesses and employees subject to the restrictive covenants.. Ted regularly represents clients in human resource matters including harassment and discrimination based on race, age, disability, or gender.  He has assisted clients in resolving disputes over statutory leaves, including the difficult coordination of FMLA, disability and worker’s compensation claims. Ben is a litigator with a focus on intense litigation and trial work. He has spent his career advocating for people and businesses involved in lawsuits. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants, although certain client relationships preclude his representation against some professionals.. Ben’s focus on trial work began when he was a member of the Indiana University intercollegiate trial team for each of his three years of law school. Since then, he has sought out trial-intensive work and has participated in the presentation of over fifteen trials to a jury, with most of those trials involving the defense of doctors and hospitals in professional negligence cases.
