Kevin K. Fitzharris concentrates his litigation practice in the areas of commercial litigation, alternative dispute resolution, insurance defense, product liability, worker’s compensation, and media law. He frequently serves as a mediator and has represented major litigants in numerous jury trials, bench trials, mediations, arbitrations, and worker’s compensation hearings.

I was born and raised in Anderson, Indiana, the son of a carpenter and a homemaker.  I attended Lapel High School in Lapel, Indiana and then went on to Indiana University and obtained a degree in Telecommunications and English.  During the summers between school I worked for my dad's construction company.  At IU, I worked toward my dream of being a TV broadcaster.  But somewhere on the way, Law became my calling.  In Law School at Valparaiso University, I developed a passion for criminal law when I interned with a criminal defense lawyer in Porter County.. After graduation from law school, I took my first job as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Daniel Heath of the Allen County Superior Court.  I then went to work for a criminal defense firm in Fort Wayne before starting my own firm along with others, in 2001.  Since then, Jeffrey Terrill and Albert Anzini, III have joined us.  We continue to defend the accused with passion.. I am happily married since 1999 and have three children who are my purpose in life.  I am a tortured Chicago Cubs fan as well, but love every minute of it.

Greg Ridenour is a Fort Wayne native and graduated from Canterbury High School in 2003. In 2007, he graduated from Wabash College after serving as captain of their Varsity Soccer team for two years and serving as Social Chairman, Rush Chairman, and Education Chairman for his fraternity, Delta Tau Delta. In 2011, he graduated with honors from Thomas M. Cooley Law School. There, he also received three Certificates of Merit with the highest test scores in Constitutional Law I and II, as well as Secured Transactions. Just prior to his first semester of law school, Greg served as a law clerk for the Honorable Judge Frances C. Gull in the Allen Superior Court. He was admitted to practice law in May of 2011, and after a short stint in private practice with his wife, Katherine Ridenour, in Crown Point, Indiana, Greg (along with Katherine) returned to Fort Wayne, where Greg joined the Allen County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office. During his six year tenure at the Prosecuting Attorney’s Office, Greg handled major felony cases including murders, drugs, guns, and gang-involved offenses. Greg is currently serving as a part-time public defender at the Allen County Public Defender’s Office where he handles major felony cases, including Murder, and Level 1-5 felonies. Greg is also admitted to practice law before the U.S. District Court in the Northern and Southern Districts of Indiana.

After law school, I worked for Judges Avery and Boyer in the Allen Superior Court.  My experience as a law clerk helped prepare for handling your case.  I'm interested in helping people through difficult times in an efficient and effective manner.
