Sam is a Graduate of the University of Missouri, Kansas City, where he received a Bachelor of Science degree with a major in Political Science and a minor in Economics. He attended law school as well at the University of Missouri, Kansas City, where he graduated on the Dean’s list while working as a real estate agent and supporting his wife and family. While in law school, Sam was the Dean of the Delta Theta Phi legal fraternity as well as the President of the Federalist Society.
