Torrice attended Grosse Pointe elementary and secondary schools, where he graduated from Grosse Pointe North High School in 1997.. During his attendance at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law Peter A. Torrice was awarded the Service Award by the Dean for his service to the Law School Community in 2003. Prior to attending the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law, Peter A. Torrice served as a law clerk for Attorney Stephen Rabaut. While attending law school Peter A. Torrice was employed as a law clerk at Lucido & Fischer, P.C. Additionally, during his attendance at law school he worked for the County of Macomb as a law clerk for Circuit Court Judge Matthew Switalski. As a law clerk for Judge Matthew Switalski, Peter A.
