Mark L. He is a past Chairman of the Fresno County Bar Association Construction Law Section and past member of the Board of Governors of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, San Joaquin Valley Chapter. Mr. Creede earned his Bachelor of Science degree, with honors, from the School of Engineering at California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, and his law degree from University of San Francisco School of Law.
