I attended law school at the College of William and Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia. I obtained my J.D. degree in 1989, and am a member of the Order of the Coif academic honor society.. I settled in Fresno in 1989, where I have maintained my practice.. When CDs were the rage, I reviewed a lot of music for a local newspaper. My old website is still at .
