My commitment lies in supporting families and children through the complexities of the legal system. Recognizing that seeking legal counsel often arises from challenging circumstances, I strive to make a positive impact during these critical moments. As your advocate, I pledge to pursue the most favorable outcomes with unwavering dedication.. Navigating immigration procedures can be daunting. Whether it involves visas, residency, waivers, naturalization, removal proceedings, or asylum applications, I offer guidance to streamline the process. Attention to detail is paramount in initial filings to maximize success, as subsequent submissions typically yield less favorable results.. Beyond the courtroom, I extend my passion for making a difference to animal rescue. At home, I dedicate myself to rescuing and rehoming dogs, ensuring they find safe and loving environments.. My journey in law and advocacy is driven by a profound commitment to service and empathy, ensuring that every client and creature I encounter receives the care and attention they deserve.

Veronica became a chief prosecutor in misdemeanor court and then worked as the chief prosecutor in the family violence division. She then went on to work at the Travis County District Attorney’s Office in the special prosecution division handling family violence cases. Todd was consulted by the Senator who sponsored an amendment to the Senate Appropriations bill during that year which led to the abolition of forced arbitration for victims of sexual assault by most military contractors.. In 2013, Todd was inducted into the Texas Lawyer Hall of Fame following a $16,900,000 verdict on behalf of a mentally handicapped woman who was raped by a caregiver. As a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates, as a member of the Executive Committee of the Texas Trial Lawyers’ Association, and as president of the Capital Area Trial Lawyer’s Association, he is a staunch defender of our 7th Amendment Right to Trial by Jury in all cases with a value exceeding $20.00.. Todd believes that if we fail to protect the 7th Amendment to the United States Constitution, we will eventually lose the rights guaranteed by them all because it is the right to hold the powerful accountable, protected by the 7th Amendment, that protects the individual freedoms guaranteed by our Constitution.

I believe that all people must be treated with dignity and respect. I became an attorney to help people, and I am truly committed to improving the lives of my clients.
The practice of law is not for the faint of heart. I was born to be an attorney. My clients agree, and the successful results I obtain for them are the best evidence of my abilities. There is no greater reward then assisting a business or an individual by applying the knowledge, skills, and experience I have gained in the past 34 years in the practice of law. NO NONSENSE REPRESENTATION AND STRAIGHT-FORWARD LEGAL ADVICE!
My practice is focused on criminal defense work. I have handled cases from traffic tickets to capital murder. I am a graduate of Hofstra University and Tulane Law School. The majority of my practice is handling DUI work for residents as well as people who vacation from out of state who are arrested in Delaware. I also handle a lot of work with hispanic immigrants who don't speak English with the help of a translator and an immigration attorney.
My name is Steve Schreiber, and I have been practicing commercial real estate law for more than 30 years (as either in house counsel or VP of Real Estate) for national tenants (such TGI Fridays restaurants and Cinemark Theaters) as well as various landlords that own and/or operate enclosed malls, power centers, manufacturer outlet centers, neighborhood shopping centers and office buildings. The advantage of having served on both sides of the negotiation table is that I understand the basic needs and motivations of both landlords and tenants. And my years of experience have demonstrated that there are real life ramifications to the wording of real estate documents, and you better know what you are agreeing to before you sign them.. I am not a litigating attorney (i.e., I don’t go to court)-I’m a negotiator. It is my belief that only the attorneys win if you have to resort to litigation. My specialty is to negotiate clear, firm and fair contracts that are customized to meet the tenant’s operating requirements and don’t need to be litigated. I also specialize in finding creative solutions to complex problems through relationship building and negotiation. I truly enjoy the real estate development business and guiding people through the process.

I will also work to achieve the best possible results for you as quickly as possible at a reasonable cost. If you are looking for an attorney to help you with your legal problems in Williamson County or anywhere else in central Texas, call me to see if I can help you.
My family was pretty poor. My dad died when I was just 9 years old. When I got into the 10 grade, I got into a program that allowed me to work half a day and go to class the other half. When I graduated from high school in 1974, I went to work in a local sawmill. After that, I got a better job in a small oil refinery. I worked there until April 1976, and on the 19th day of April I went to work for DuPont Chemical.. I worked the next twenty years for Dupont. After working there for 13 plus years, I started going to college classes at night. On December of 1995, I graduated in the top of the class with a 3.95 GPA.. I started law school in August 1996, and graduated in February of 1999. Upon graduation, my wife and I threw a dart at a map and ended up here. Central Texas is my home. I love it here and I intend to retire here.. I became a lawyer to help people solve some of the most difficult and personal situations they have ever had to deal with. I respect everyone, and I treat people fair. I ask you to trust me to be honest with you, to assist you and your family to the best of my ability, in your time of need
